This aproximately 12x12x1/8-inch puzzle is laser-cut and engraved and hand painted or stained according to your preferences. It is treated with polycrylic for a gloss finish and durability and perfect for weddings, decoration, or as a keepsake with family names or sentimental words. My wood puzzles are set apart from others by my attention to the treatment, creating a longer-lasting sentimental piece.
If you would like to order a different size, different shape, different shape cutout, or a puzzle with a different number of pieces, please contact me for a custom order. Custom orders can be perfect for guest book alternatives and even place-setting name pieces at events like weddings.
**I am available for any custom build request**
--Custom Design Ideas--
Consider a t-rex instead of a heart at the center or even a puzzle shaped like the Millennium Falcon. Make your puzzle one-of-a-kind for your event, home, or anything else. Also consider having a tray made that will compliment your puzzle perfectly.
--CUSTOM ORDERS--
I am available for custom orders. Custom orders require more time. I am available to craft any size and shape wood/epoxy sign or surface. Simply message me with any questions and to get your design started. You always approve your design before you are charged and your custom project is crafted. I am available for any custom build and installation request.
--EXTRA CHARGES MAY APPLY--
The design possibilities are endless. Extra charges may apply when requests are made that require extra routing, engraving, cutting, or edging work. Separate shipping charges will apply to orders placed outside the continental US.
--SHIPPING--
All orders are shipped with insurance. If your item is damaged in transit, please provide your local post office with proof and file a claim. They will require you to take your item and the packaging to your local PO. The insurance payment should be made to you if the postal service has damaged your items.
--TACK SABBATH QUALITY GUARANTEE--
If your item was not damaged by the postal service, and the epoxy and edges are uneven, I will recraft it. Simply send pictures, and I will compare them to the pictures I take before I sent your item and remake it if it is different.
--ECONOMY OPTIONS--
My prices are what they are because of my commitment to quality work. If you are looking for more economic options, please send me a message with your budget constraints, and I will try to design something special that fits your budget.
--WHOLESALE--
I offer special wholesale pricing on all my crafts. Please contact me directly for more information.
5-7 business days
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
--Information I Collect--
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.
--Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It--
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, settle disputes, or provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
--Information Sharing and Disclosure--
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal processes or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms, and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
--Data Retention--
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
--Transfers of Personal Information Outside the US--
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the EU and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
--Your Rights--
If you reside in certain territories, including the US, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
How to Contact Me
For purposes of US data protection law, I, Andrew Cannon, am the data controller of your personal information. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact me at andrew@cannoncraftcuts.com.
I offer both bulk and wholesale pricing. Simply contact me. If I can confirm your business and employment, you will receive my wholesale rate. Bulk pricing depends on the item and number ordered at one time.
Lightly applied alcohol-based cleaners work best on my epoxy, acrylic, and urethane surfaces.
Yes. Contact me directly to place a custom order. You will be involved in the preparation as well as informed about each step of the process. Since custom orders usually have unforeseen challenges, shipping estimates may be wrong, but I will always work diligently on your project.
In some cases, you can expect to make your payment for custom projects through Stripe instead of Etsy simply because the shipping-timeframe constraints enforced by Etsy can discourage quality for custom projects.
You can expect to have to approve a picture of your project before I send it. Custom projects also carry the same shipping insurance so that you can file a claim if your item arrives damaged.
If you would like lower prices on my items, please contact me directly. I can lower your price by using lesser-quality materials. If you choose this economy option, I do not accept returns, and the items may not be reviewed on Etsy.
Yes. I offer the same wholesale pricing for contractors, interior designers, and property managers who manage multiple properties full-time. Simply contact me. If I can confirm your business and employment, you will receive my contractor rate, and I will keep your information on file.
Yes. I am available for deliveries and installations in and around Warner Robins, GA. In some cases, I will deliver elsewhere depending on my schedule and interest.
Yes. My epoxy surfaces are scratch and heat resistant. i have tested them under 3/4-tons of pressure; that's 1,500 lbs sitting on top of the surface without causing it to crack or sag. These surfaces are perfect for countertops and floors, and I may be available to pour on site depending on your location.
I am available for local repairs near Warner Robins, GA. For non-local repairs, I need to charge extra for the trip or provide you with repair instructions. Simply contact me.
I don't just pour epoxy and send it. In March 2023, I instituted a new process for all my epoxy pours that includes a special treatment of the epoxy after it is poured that removes epoxy's natural tackiness and produces a smooth surface. As a result, it is more smudge resistant and easier to keep clean. It also provides a range of finishing options--including matte, satin, and gloss looks. Of course, if you want the classic reflective look, please request it.
When doing custom work, there is always the possibility that you'll receive what you order and it won't be quite what you expected. I offer both returns and exchanges on all my crafts (even personalized ones). But, more importantly, I offer to work hard to get you something you like. If I craft a custom order for you, and you don't like what you receive, Just contact me. Even if it is exactly what you ordered, I will recraft something you love.
